Description: This workshop will introduce teen writers to different techniques and playwriting’s unique format— this workshop will include time for playwrights to both write and share things they wrote during the workshop.
About the instructor: Alex Lubischer is a queer Midwestern playwright whose plays include Bobbie Clearly (Roundabout Theatre Company, Steep Theatre, Jeff Award Winner: Outstanding New Play), You Deserve to Be Here (Goodman Playwrights Unit commission), and Pivot (Yale School of Drama). He teaches playwriting at DePaul University in Chicago. MFA: Yale
