TEAM ENOUGH'S MISSION
Complex issues call for comprehensive solutions, and Team ENOUGH is prepared to take actions that will produce the answers we need.
Team ENOUGH is Brady’s youth-led and youth-serving program to educate and mobilize young people ages 13 - 25 in fighting to end gun violence. Guided by the Team ENOUGH Executive Council, a majority-minority body, the Team ENOUGH program focuses on addressing gun violence as young people experience it, which means centering marginalized communities.
For far too long, young people have been kept out of the halls of power, and our Youth Advocacy Training program pays young people for their knowledge and skills to train other young people on how to make a legislative change at the state level. Team ENOUGH also believes in intergenerational organizing and the power it can bring, which is why our
community organizing program works hand in glove with the Brady’s Chapter System.
Gun Violence is the #1 leading cause of death for young people, and for so many of us, it’s a normalized part of our lives. But it does not have to be this way, and young people deserve to have their stories and their ideas foregrounded in the conversation about gun violence. This is a mission we share with ENOUGH!
